During the past four years, the majority of our work assignments have involved corporate and government Web site development.

Although we began writing/editing Web content, our role quickly expanded to include development of site architecture and navigation as well as consultation on design.

As a result of these experiences, Claire co-authored Developing Online Content: The Principles of Writing and Editing for the Web (John Wiley & Sons: 2002) with Irene Hammerich.
